WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Police arrested a man Thursday around 2:10 p.m. after he was found in the restroom of Kmart, Blackman Plaza, Route 309 injecting suspected heroin.

According to police, arrested was Floyd Holl, 44 of Nanticoke. Police said they will charge him with possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, as well as tampering with evidence and public drunkenness.

Police said they discovered that Holl was in possession of 40 packets of suspected heroin. He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from the Pennsylvania State Police.

The arresting officers were SGT Mark Phillips and SGT Mark Hampton.
