WILKES-BARRE TWP. — A man reported to police at 5:09 p.m. on Wednesday that someone stole the registration plate off of his 2003 Ford.

The vehicle was parked in the JCPenney parking lot of the Wyoming Valley Mall at the time of the alleged theft.
