WILKES-BARRE — Police cited two city men for being a danger to themselves and/or others.
Christopher J. Cavanaugh, 49, and David Nickol, 63, were found at 6 p.m. Saturday on South Main Street visibly intoxicated.
A search of the men found Cavanaugh to be in possession of a controlled substance without a license/prescription for the substance.
Charges filed with District Court 11-1-01.
