WILKES-BARRE — Police have charged a man after he allegedly used a juvenile to sell marijuana Friday.

Police said that at 5:03 p.m. Friday, officers on patrol observed suspicious activity in a blue sedan driven by Shawn Brown, 25, of Noxen.

Upon further investigation, police learned Brown allegedly used a 17-year-old boy to sell marijuana because the boy owed him money.

Brown was taken into custody and charged with corruption of minors and three summary traffic violations.
