TUNKHANNOCK — A man used home surveillance footage which he viewed on his cell phone to catch a thief on Friday.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Todd Mitteer, 36, saw Jason Lindbert, 31, from his cell phone.

Police arrived at the Tippy Lane residence and Lindbert was taken into custody without incident, according to police.

He was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and theft.

Lindbert was arraigned and confined at the Wyoming County Correctional Facility for lack of $50,000 bail.
