WILKES-BARRE — A Plains woman was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following a report that she became violent, flipped a bed into a wall, causing damage, and threw a telephone causing it to break, according to police.

Police said they responded to a residence at about 7:30 a.m. on North River Street where a female, 34, reported that Breanna Marie Flynn, 24, had become violent, causing damage.

According to police, Flynn fled the residence prior to their arrival.
