HAZLETON — A Hazleton man was arrested Monday night following an investigation by the Luzerne County Drug Task Force, which consisted of members of the Hazleton City Police Department and West Hazleton Police Department.
Rafael Dariel Reyes Cruz, 20, Hazleton, PA, 20, was charged with felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession of a firearm.
The Drug Task Force searched a residence at 941 Lincoln Street, recovering 594 bags of packaged heroin-fentanyl, more than $1,000 in drug proceeds and a firearm with an obliterated serial number, according to a press release.
Reyes Cruz was transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for overnight arraignment.
