WILKES-BARRE — Police arrested a man for trespassing and theft after he was found removing scrap material from a dumpster.
According to police, Stanley F. Denniston, 42, of Wilkes-Barre, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. Friday after a 42-year-old unnamed female reported Denniston on her property.
Denniston was found depositing debris in her dumpster and removing items of scrap material.
He was charged with theft, criminal trespass and scattering rubbish.
