WILKES-BARRE — Shots were fired into a residence on Dana Street late Sunday night, according to police.

Officers were dispatched to the residence at 11:53 p.m. Sunday for a report of shots fired. Police said that upon arrival, officers discovered that the house had been struck by gunfire.

The police report indicated that no injuries were reported, but it was not indicated how many times the residence was struck.

Officers collected evidence at the scene.

A residence on East Northampton Street with several people inside, including an infant, was struck by gunfire early Friday morning.
