Pittston Area was led by 17 points from Liz Waleski and 14 from Allie Barber in a win over Coughlin Wednesday night.
The Patriots jumped out to a first-quarter 21-4 lead and never looked back. Jamie Chisdock provided eight points for the winners.
Marissa Ross led the Crusaders with 16 points.
Pittston Area finishes Wyoming Valley Conference play with a 11-3 mark, behind Crestwood which finished 12-2. The Patriots are locked in to the No. 4 seed in the PIAA District 2 playoffs and will host Berwick on Wednesday evening.

Nicole Turner’s 16 points were the highlight of Wyoming Area’s loss to Holy Redeemer Wednesday night.
The Royals took control early, building a double-digit lead by halftime. Alexis Lewis paced the victory with 27 points. Rebecca Prociak added 17.
Felicia Turner had eight points while Emily Wolfgang poured in seven. The Warriors finished the regular season with a 3-10 mark in WVC play.
Wyoming Area is the 15th seed out of 18 AAA teams. The Warriors were in a play-in game Saturday night against Coughlin.

Jackie Rabender scored a season-high 18 points, including a pair of threes, as the Patriots overcame a lackluster first period for the win over Valley West Monday.
Liz Waleski added 16 points for Pittston Area, including a trio of triples. Allie Barber scored nine points.
Megan Kane was the lone Spartan in double figures with 11.

Emily Wolfgang’s 16 points wasn’t enough for Wyoming Area as Wyoming Seminary jumped out to an early nine-point lead Monday night.
The Blue Knights’ Gabbie Volpetti scored 20 points. Emily Gabriel posted 15 and Maya Kornfeld reached double digits with 14.
Nicole Turner provided 10 points while Nicole Wright was good for seven.
