WRIGHT TWP. — Drew Munisteri was perfect batting, going 2-for-2 with a run and two RBI, as Mountain Post A defeated West Side 7-3 in American Legion Baseball on Wednesday.


Tyler Sadvarry was 1-for-3 with two RBI and scored a run to contribute to the win.


West Side was led by Zack Yopatka, who went 2-for4 with a double and a run.

Allyson Laivaura had a single to hit in Alexa Borecin for the winning run in the bottom of the sixth inning in Girls Major Softball.


Molly Toray was the winning pitcher and 13 strikeouts while giving up two hits.


Jenkins had hits from Angelina Falcone and Jallian Warabak.

Mia Dickson went 3-for-3 and scored two runs while Peyton Ross had a double in the Back Mountain victory.


Abbey Hogan had a double, Alicia Karr had one double and one single and Trista Babcock had one single for Northwest/Harveys Lake.


Kingston/Forty Fort 14,


West Side 9


Emma Hoats topped the hit parade for Kingston/Forty Fort, finishing with four hits.


Mandi Zawadski (winning pitcher), Casey joyce (four runs) and Elizabeth Ruda (three runs) each had three hits while Tia Margiewicz and Emma Grimms had two apiece.


Lindsay Grukshank led West Side with two hits and two runs. Lundsey Gruber (three runs), Rachelle Holena and Alex Hoffman (run) each had a hit.
