Flynn offering state assistance in South Abington Township

State Rep. Marty Flynn, D-Lackawanna, said his staff will hold a constituent outreach visit Wednesday in South Abington Township.

The visit takes place from 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday, March 20 at the South Abington Township Building, 2nd floor meeting room, 104 Shady Lane Road in Chinchilla.

Flynn said other visits are available by appointment by calling his Scranton office at 570.342.4348. He said the South Abington outreach will continue on the third Wednesday of every month.

Flynn’s staff can help with the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program, PACE/PACENET prescription-drug coverage, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, unclaimed property searches, veterans’ issues, unemployment compensation, workers’ compensation and any other state-related matter.

The legislator’s regular office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at Jay’s Commons, 409 N. Main Ave., Scranton. The phone number is 570.342.4348.
