HAZLE TOWNSHIP — A Pittston man was arrested after he allegedly was caught masturbating in Boscov’s Department Store at the Laurel Mall.

Isaac Gregory Kieselowsky, 32, was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and providing false identification to law enforcement following the Sunday morning incident, state Police at Hazleton said.

According to troopers, loss prevention staff apprehended Kieselowsky after they saw him on video exposing his genitals and masturbating in the young men’s, men’s and suits area of the store.

When troopers arrived, Kieselowsky provided a false last name, Social Security number and date of birth, a police report said.

Kieselowsky was arraigned before District Judge Martin Kane, who set bail at $10,000 before remanding Kieselowsky to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in Wilkes-Barre.

According to court records, Kieselowsky was convicted in Lackawanna County Court in May 2012 on a charge of open lewdness after being arrested for pulling a sex toy out of his pants at a Dunmore Burger King restaurant in 2011. Lackawanna County Judge Vito Geroulo sentenced Kieselowsky to spend four to 12 months behind bars in that case.
