Mary Mangan

    Mary R. Mangan, 74, of North Grant Street, Wilkes-Barre, died Monday at
   
Hospice Care of the VNA Inpatient Unit at Heritage House, Wilkes-BarreBorn
in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late James and Clare Sauer
Mangan.
   
She graduated from James M. Coughlin High School.
   
Before retiring, she was employed by Fowler, Dick & Walker the Boston
Store, as an embroiderer, and later as a salesperson for Boscov’s.
   
She was a member of St. Mary’s Church of the Immaculate Conception,
Wilkes-Barre.
   
She was preceded in death by brothers, James, in 1972, and Ernest, in 1991.
   
Surviving are nieces, Maureen Winters and Eileen Felmlee, both of
Mechanicsburg.
   
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday from the McLaughlin Funeral
Home, 142 South Washington St., Wilkes-Barre, with a funeral Mass at 10:30
a.m. in St. Mary’s Church of the Immaculate Conception.
   
Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hanover Township.
