Pizzeria delivers problem, neighbors tell supervisors
    Ten families, plus one access road, plus a restaurant equal a problemBob
Minotti, a Dallas Township business owner and landlord, and Philip Dale, a
resident, came to the Board of Supervisors meeting on Tuesday to voice
concerns about the parking lot at III Guys Pizzeria on Garbutt Avenue.
   
The owners of the pizza restaurant recently paved a gravel road on the
corner by the restaurant. The road runs past the restaurant to Minotti’s
business and his apartments, and Dale’s dwelling.
   
However, Dale and Minotti complained because parking lines were painted on
the access road. Customers park on the road and often the access road for the
residents is blocked.
   
Minotti owns nine apartments, and there are 10 families who rely on the
access road, including Dale’s.
   
“My major concern is what if there is a fire, and God forbid my children
are in the house,” Dale said. “The fire company would not be able to get to
the house.”
   
Township officials explained the road is a private access road and not a
township road, so there is not much they can do. But they did suggest having
the cars towed.
   
The owners of the pizzeria, Mark and Ronnie Perlis, did not attend the
meeting. They were not available for comment afterward.
   
Minotti also complained that when the road is full of parked cars,
customers often block a fenced-in parking lot for Minotti’s tenants. This is
