Students at Hanover Area Memorial Elementary School participated in a poster contest sponsored by the Lions Club. This year’s theme was “Peace across the World.” The posters were judged by members of the Hanover Township Lions and Leo Clubs. Students were awarded 10 $10 gifts and three $100 savings bonds donated by M & T Bank. The first place poster was sent to Lions International to compete with other students’ works from around the world.
