Keystone College athletics is continuing its effort to continue to raise awareness and funds in the battle against cancer this winter. The Giants will host a pair of “Think Pink” games on Feb. 12 when the basketball teams take on local rival Baptist Bible College in a conference doubleheader. Additionally, the men’s soccer team will hold a “Be the Match” Donor Drive that same night.

The basketball teams will be wearing pink shirts during warm-ups for the games and the T-shirts will be available for purchase at the game. Additional sales will include baked goods along with a 50-50 raffle with all proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society.

Keystone’s men’s soccer team has partnered up with the Colleges Against Cancer group on campus to hold the “Be the Match” Donor Drive from 6 to 10 p.m. Coining the slogan “Swab the ‘Stone,” the team’s goal is to get as many people as possible to join the registry by giving a cheek swab. A donation will be made to Be the Match for every person in attendance at the games that night.
