Jessica L. Woolfolk and William P. Ives, together with their families, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robert and Doreen Woolfolk, Hanover Township. She is the granddaughter of William Woolfolk, Wilkes-Barre; the late Noreen Woolfolk; and Leo and Bernadine Szmurlo, Hanover Township.
The prospective groom is the son of William E. and Mary Ives, Mocanaqua. He is the grandson of the late William J. and Dorothy Ives and the late Philip and Mildred Machung.
Jessica is a 2005 graduate of Hanover Area Junior/Senior High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Wilkes University. She is employed by Northeast Counseling Services, Nanticoke, as a mental health therapist.
William is a 2001 graduate of Greater Nanticoke Area High School. He is employed as a PSAP supervisor for the Luzerne County Department of Public Safety.
The couple will exchange vows at the Botanical Gardens in Niagara Falls, Ontario, on May 15, 2010, with close family and friends. They will celebrate their marriage with friends on July 31, 2010.
