    Paul E. Reynolds, 71, of Canton Street, Troy, died Friday at homeBorn in
Alba, he was a son of the late Lynn and Ada Seeley Reynolds.
   
He was employed as a road foreman in Troy Township for many years. He also
trained horses for over 30 years.
   
He served as borough manager in Troy six years and also served as street
commissioner for many years. He was also a former barber and worked at McClure
Motor Company, Troy. He was a life starter for harness racing.
   
He was a member of the Alba Church of Christ, honorary life member of the
Troy Fire Department, 55 years; member of the Wheel Inn Club, former director
of Alparon Park, Troy.
   
He was preceded in death by a son, Richard Lee, in 1955.
   
He and his wife, Betty, were the former owners of Troy Lunch.
   
Surviving are sons, Robert Lynn, Troy; Keith S., Horseheads, N.Y.; sister,
Edna Wooster, Campton; three grandons; two great-grandchildren.
   
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Sept. 11 in the Troy Baptist Church, with
the Rev. Garry Zuber, officiating.
   
Interment will be at a later date in Glenwood Cemetery, Troy.
   
Friends may call at the family home at any time.

Department, Troy, Pa. 16947, or the American Cancer Society, 413 S. Main St.,
Athens, Pa. 18810.
   
Arrangements will be by the Vickery Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Troy.
