Stephanie Rinish and Joseph Osmanski were united in marriage on Oct. 4, 2013, at St. Anthony’s Maronite Church, Wilkes-Barre, Pa. The ceremony was performed by Father Hanna Karam.
The bride is the daughter of Sandra Rinish, Plains Township, and the late Lawrence Rinish.
The groom is the son of Ilene Osmanski, Wilkes-Barre, and the late Joseph Osmanski.
The bride was escorted down the aisle and given in marriage by her mother. She chose her daughter, Kennedy Rinish, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Dawn Frew and Karen Shedlock, friends of the bride.
The groom chose his best friend, Robert Galuska, as best man. Groomsmen were Kevin Osmanski, brother of the groom, and Michael Osmanski Jr., nephew and godson of the groom. Flower girl was Brealynn Rinish, niece of the bride.
A scripture reading was given by Christine Osmanski, sister-in-law of the groom. Musical selections were provided by Olivia Richards.
The bride was honored with a bridal shower given by her bridesmaids at the Palmer House. A rehearsal dinner was held at Leggio’s Restaurant, Plains Township. An evening reception was held at the Pittston Township Fire Hall.
The bride is a 1996 graduate of Coughlin High School. She attended King’s College and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. She also attended Allied Medical and Technical Institute and graduated in 2009 with an EKG, phlebotomy and lab assistant degree. She is employed as a phlebotomist with Commonwealth Health and as a front-end coordinator with Wegmans.
The groom is a 1986 graduate of GAR Memorial High School. He attended King’s College and graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a minor in computer information systems. He is employed as an information analyst with InterMetro Industries and as a course instructor with Fortis Institute.
The couple honeymooned on a cruise to Bermuda. They reside in Pittston.
