Nicole Kathryn Shebloski and Christopher Sage Pirrone were united in marriage Oct. 5, 2013, in the Chapel of Christ the King at King’s College, Wilkes-Barre.


The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Kay Shebloski, Plymouth. She is the granddaughter of the late Stanley and Frances Mikush, Plymouth, and the late Edmund and Mary Shebloski, Larksville.


The groom is the son of Anthony Pirrone, Fountain Hills, Arizona, and MaryAnne Mazzola, Long Beach, New York. He is the grandson of Mary Natoli and the late Domenico Natoli and the late Anthony and Agatha Pirrone, all of Long Beach, New York.


The bride was escorted down the aisle and given in marriage by her father. She chose her sister, Alana Scott, as her matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Melissa Morris, Vanessa Jannone, Julie Haas, Erin Murphy, Katelyn Schwartz and Keara Cowan, all friends of the bride.


Quinlan Scott, niece of the bride, and Olivia Pirrone, niece of the groom, were flower girls. Christopher Pirrone, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.


The groom chose his brother, Nicholas Pirrone, as best man. Groomsmen were Joseph DiGiacomo and Salvatore DiGiacomo, cousins of the groom, and Nicholas Zeoli, Todd Diroff, Richard Resnick, Christopher Robinson, friends of the groom.


Spiritual readings were given by Stanley Mickish, uncle and godfather of the bride, and Deborah Keefe, aunt of the groom.


The bride and groom were honored at an engagement party hosted by the mother of the groom and stepfather, Robert Mazzola, at their home in Long Beach, New York. They were also honored at an engagement party by the father of the groom and stepmother, Virginia Pirrone, at their home in Fountain Hills, Arizona.


The bride was honored at a bridal shower hosted by the mother of the bride at Irem Clubhouse, Dallas.


A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the mother of the groom and stepfather at Isabella’s Restaurant, Wilkes-Barre.


An evening cocktail hour and reception were held at the Woodlands Inn and Resort, Plains Township, hosted by the parents of the bride. A send-off brunch was hosted by the mother of the groom and stepfather the next morning at the Woodlands Inn and Resort.


The bride is a 1998 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School and a 2002 graduate of King’s College. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human resource management. She is employed as an account executive by ePromos Inc., New York City.


The groom is a 1998 graduate of Long Beach High School and a 2004 graduate of Baruch College, New York City. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. He is employed as a firefighter with the New York City Fire Department.


The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and Napa Valley, California. They reside in New York City.
