    Jeannette Tyler Craige, 82, of Wesley Village, Pittston, died Wednesday in
   
Wesley VillageBorn in Laceyville, she was a daughter of the late John and
Mary Bosburg Tyler.
   
She was a graduate of Lacevyille High School, Class of 1926, and attended
Wyoming Seminary. She received a bachelor of science degree in home economics
from Cornell University in 1932.
   
She and her husband, Thomas Nelson F. Craige, of Wesley Village, owned and
operated greenhouses in Montrose, prior to retiring.
   
She was a former member of the Montrose United Methodist Church, Montrose
Business and Professional Women, and a life member of the American Contract
Bridge League.
   
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Douglas (Linda) Strack, Atlanta, Ga.; Mrs.
Joseph (Charlotte Diane) O’Hara, Forty Fort; sons, Nelson Craige III,
Lancaster; Richard Craige, Montrose; sister, Mrs. Helen T. Russell, Wesley
Village, Pittston; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
   
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Wesley
Village, with the Rev. David Wilson, of the Bridgewater Baptist Church,
Montrose, officiating.
   
Interment will be in the Overfield Cemetery, Meshoppen, at a time to be
announced.
   
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the Alzheimer’s
Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania, 220 S. River St., Plains, 18705, or
the Wesley Village Memorial Fund, 209 Roberts Road, Pittston, 18640.
   
Arrangements are by the Bartron Funral Home, Inc., 74 Church St., Montrose.
