Maura Namey and Greg Kalman were united in marriage April 13, 2013 by Monsignor Charles H. Hagan at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, Doylestown.
The bride is the daughter of Neal and Marilyn Namey of Hanover Township. She is the granddaughter of Paul and Marilyn Irzinski, Hanover Township, and Dorothy and the late Joseph Namey, Sugar Notch.
The groom is the son of Helmut and Catherine Kalman of West Chester. He is the grandson of the late Eugene and Mildred Romano, Philadelphia, and the late Imre and Antonia Kalman, Allentown.
The bride was escorted down the aisle and given in marriage by her father. Bridesmaids were Alyssa and Laurie Namey, sisters of the bride, Erica Russin, cousin of the bride, Angela Lovett and Morgan Kalman, daughter of the couple. The groom chose his best friend, Jeff Corsello as his best man. Groomsmen were Stephan and Mark Kalman, brothers of the groom, Paul Michel and Jack Kalman, son of the couple. Flower girl was Mason Kalman, niece of groom, and ring bearer was Brandon Bienias, cousin of bride.
Scripture readings were given by Suzanne Reynolds, sister of the groom, and Savanna Morrison, niece of the groom. Prayer of the Faithful was read by Brittany Yurkoski, cousin of the bride. Offertory gifts were presented by Paul and Marilyn Irzinski, grandparents of the bride, and Mary Kay Plisko, aunt of the bride. Musical selections were provided by Scott Coates. Soloist was Karen Alluni.
An evening cocktail hour and reception were held at the Blue Bell Country Club, Blue Bell. The bride was honored with a bridal shower given by her mother and father at the Wyoming Valley Country Club, Hanover Township. A rehearsal dinner was held at Ristorante Castello, Blue Bell.
The bride is a graduate of Hanover Area Junior/Senior High School and a graduate of College of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. She is a senior remarketing specialist for De Lage Landen Financial Services, Wayne.
The groom is a graduate of West Chester East High School, and a graduate of Shippensburg University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also earned a master’s degree in information technology from La Salle University. He is the director of Information Technology for De Lage Landen Financial Services, Wayne.
The couple honeymooned in Rome, Praiano and Montalcino, Italy. They reside in Jamison.
