Right-hander Yoshinori Tatyama was acquired from Texas and also assigned to SWB. Left-handed reliever Mike Zagurski was signed by the Yankees and assigned to the RailRiders. In disabled list moves, outfielder Josh Bell and reliever Mark Montgomery were placed on the seven-day D.L.

Canzler Can: Hazleton native Russ Canzler went 0-for-4 in his first game in his home county since 2011.

Adult equipment received will be shipped to soldiers in Afghanistan, while the youth equipment will be donated throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.
