I read where convicted killer Hugo Selenski wants a new trial, claiming Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas Judge Fred Pierantoni erred in several aspects of his first trial.

May I suggest that if the courts agree to a new trial, Mr. Selenski’s relatives, who tearfully testified how much he means to them, thus perhaps saving him from a death penalty, pay for his appeals and possible defense.

I, as a taxpayer, am tired of Mr. Selenski’s manipulations of the judicial system, which delayed his trial many times, which cost the taxpayers a large amount of money.
