Donald Trump says America is in the toilet, but he’ll make it great again.

He blames illegal immigrants from Mexico, Islamic terrorists, crooked politicians, welfare cheats, disabled reporters, even female comedians. In Trump’s America, everyone except The Donald and his audience are ugly, lying, crooked, bad people.

Trump gloats that being powerful gives him permission to grab the genitalia of any woman he wants. He crows, “I could shoot someone and my supporters would still support me.” Trump has descended so far into the sewer, parents won’t allow children to watch him on TV.

But Trump really scared me during the second presidential debate, saying that when he was elected president, he would prosecute Hillary Clinton, and that if he were president, Hillary already would be in prison. Trump is saying he’ll jail his political opponents. That’s what dictator Adolf Hitler did. Once you start jailing people you don’t agree with, we are all at risk. That’s un-American!

I’m not thrilled with some of the games the Clintons play. I wish Hillary was honest about why she used a private email server. I’m worried Hillary might be saying one thing to bankers behind closed doors and another on the campaign trail. Clinton is a politician, and many politicians play those games.

But this election is about the very fabric of what America will be. Trump’s dictatorial America is not our America.

Voting for Hillary Clinton is our only chance to protect what America is – a country where we fight for each other, not against each other, which welcomes and respects everyone, gives them a fair chance, and respects the law. In our America people disagree without being threatened with jail or worse.

This is why I’m voting for Hillary Clinton.
