Chuck Peterman of Kingston caught this golden rainbow trout on opening day while fishing at Fishing Creek in Benton.

The fish measured 22 inches and weighed 3 pounds. Peterman said he was using a worm for bait. The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission stocked 8,670 across the state for this year’s trout season.
