Despite Tunkhannock scoring first, No. 2 Coughlin blasted four-unanswered goals, including two from George Oko, to get the 4-1 win and advance to the District 2 2A boys soccer semifinal on Friday night.
Junior Martinez and David Cortez had the other goals for the Crusaders as they out shot the seventh-seeded Tigers 9-3. Coughlin goalie Steve Johnson made two saves during the contest in help his team secure the win.
Damon Williams tallied the only goal of the night for the Tigers.
The Crusaders will next face No. 6 Dallas on Tuesday night.

District 2 2A Playoffs
Coughlin 4, North Pocono 0
Le’June Berry found the back of the net for a pair of goals while Tiki Bonilla recorded a pair of assists as Coughlin defeated North Pocono to advance to the District 2 2A girls soccer semifinals.
Emma Sukowaski and Kendall Pearage also collected goals for the Crusaders in the win and goalie Paige Davis made two stops to get the shutout.
With the win, Coughlin will now play Dallas on Monday for a shot at the finals.
Class 1A
Meyers 3, Elk Lake 2 OT
Maria Armbruster scored at the 4:04 mark of the overtime period of play to propel Meyers to victory over Elk Lake and advance them into the semifinals of the District 2 A playoffs.
The Mohawks tallied two goals in the first half thanks to Erin Morris and Kayley Nilon, but Elk Lake battled back to tie it in the second.
Morris and Nilon both collected assists and Jenay Zelinka picked up the game-winning assist for Meyers.
The Mohawks will move on to play the winner of the Dunmore/Mt. View game on Tuesday night.
