Ryan Gilgallon scored all of his 14 points through three quarters as Meyers built a 16-point lead and coasted past Coughlin in the Holiday Hoops Classic high school boys basketball game played Sunday at Meyers High School.
Matt Dessoye added 11 points and drilled a pair of 3-point goals in the Mohawks’ victory, while Omar Kelly and Ryan Wasley each scored 10 points.
Jose Rivera matched Gilgallon for game-high and led Coughlin with 14 points, and Nick Cerep added 13 points in defeat.
Abington Heights 51, Nanticoke Area 35
Tim Toro and Jackson Danzug both hit 14 points to lead the Comets to the consolation victory of the Holiday Hoops Classic at Meyers High School.
Scott Stout paced Nanticoke Area with 12 points.
