Freshman T.J. Herron had four goals and seven assists while sophomore Nick Solinsky chipped in with four goals and one assist as Dallas topped North Pocono 18-2 in boys lacrosse action on Tuesday night.

Michael Starbuck won 11 of 12 faceoffs, had five groundballs and one assist and Josh Kalna added four goals to the Mountaineers’ win.

Corey Andrew made four saves in the win.

GIRLS LACROSSE

Lake-Lehman 23, Tunkhannock 9

Alicia Galasso had six goals and one assist as the Black Knights cruised past Tunkhannock.

Jess Evans finished with five goals and one assist, Katie Strohl recorded three goals and two assists and Kate Roberts and Morgan Critchosin had two goals a piece.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL

Wyoming Valley West 3,

Lake-Lehman 0

Adam McCue’s 19 service points, three digs and two kills led the Spartans to a 25-8, 25-15, 25-8 sweep of Lake-Lehman.

Kevin Fegal finished with 12 assists, eight service points and two kills, Davis Weaver had 12 service points and three aces and Jon Derhammer recorded seven service points and two digs.

Lake-Lehman was led by Sam Price’s five service points and three kills and Justin Lansberry’s four service points and one ace.

North Pocono 3, Coughlin 0

Kyle Williams had five kills, five assists, 13 service points and two aces, but the Crusaders couldn’t overcome a tough North Pocono squad and was defeated 25-18, 25-9, 25-14.

Joe Gayton finished with 15 digs and one ace for Coughlin.

With the win, North Pocono head coach Jud Holdredge reached career win No. 400.
