Justine Bluhm, 23, and Frank E. McHenry, 23, were united in marriage on Thursday, Dec. 20, at the Trinity Congregational Church, Scranton. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Jeremy K. Mullen.


Justine Jess Bluhm is from Tunkhannock, Pa. She is the daughter of Robert Steininger, Wilkes-Barre, and the granddaughter of the late Beth and Gary Bluhm, Tunkhannock, and Lou and Irene Steininger, Wilkes-Barre.


Frank McHenry is the son of Suzanne and Frank M. McHenry, Wilkes-Barre. He is the grandson of Frank and Cathy McHenry and Ed Hahn and the late Barbara Hahn, all of Wilkes-Barre.


Both the bride's and groom's fathers are members of the Wilkes-Barre City Fire Department.


The couple met in 2008 while attending Luzerne County Community College. They have a seven-month-old daughter, Aubrey McHenry.


It was a small ceremony with only close friends in attendance.
