The Pardeesville Christians Association recently donated $1,500 to the American Red Cross to be utilized for disaster relief after Hurricane Sandy. The money was raised at the Association's monthly breakfast held in the hall at Faith United Church of Christ off the Airport Beltway in Hazle Township. The next breakfast is scheduled from 8 a.m.-noon Dec. 16. Breakfast is $6 per person or $7 for an omelet. All proceeds go to local non-profit organizations.
