City tower's contract under scrutiny

By a 4-0 vote it passed a resolution by Tony George, council vice chair, to start the process that provides due process to owner Leo Glodzik III.
George introduced the same resolution last summer but failed to get council's support.
Mounting criticism and suspicions that Glodzik violated the contract prompted Bill Barrett, council chair, to back George this time.
