Timothy J. Norton, P.E. has joined the firm as a structural engineer/detailer. Norton holds a professional engineer registration in Pennsylvania and earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University. Daniel J. Horn, P.E. recently passed the exam to become a registered professional engineer. Horn is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Design/Construction Engineering. David Mancuso, an employee for more than 12 years, will be taking on additional responsibilities as office manager. Mancuso earned associate degrees in solar heating Technology and architectural engineering technology from Pennsylvania State University.

Joseph Thompson, Ph.D., joined the firm as a managing director and member of the firm's investment committee. Thompson earned his Ph.D. in particle physics from Stony Brook University, and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. J. Gregory Banks joins the firm as a vice president. Banks is a graduate of Wyoming Seminary, and earned his bachelor's degree from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island.
