Luzerne County District Attorney Stephanie Salavantis spoke to members of the Crime Clinic of Greater Wyoming Valley at the group's October luncheon meeting at Wyoming Valley Country Club. Salavantis reported on the status of several recent cases her office is investigating, including the shootout at Sherman Hills. She also described her office's involvement in the recent student suicides in the county and praised local law enforcement members.
