The Fraternal Societies of Northeast Pennsylvania (FSNEPA) and FCSLA Senior Branch 065, Ashley, recently presented $1,000 from the fundraising held at the annual Christmas social to the Domestic Violence Service Center. The FSNEPA raised $500 from a raffle and FCSLA Senior Branch 065 matched the funds through a program sponsored by the home office. The FSNEPA membership consists of seven fraternal benefit societies, First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association, Ladies Pennsylvania Slovak Catholic Union, National Slovak Society, Polish National Union of America, Polish Union of the U.S. of N.A., Slovak Catholic Sokol and Polish Women's Alliance of America. The FSCLA Senior Branch 065 is a local fraternal branch of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association, Beachwood, Ohio.
