GFWC donates footwear to Ruthâ??s Place

The General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC)-West Side, a community-oriented, non-profit club, recently donated 40 pairs of footwear to Ruth's Place as one of its fall projects. Ruth's Place House of Hope provides shelter and case management services for women experiencing homelessness in Luzerne County. Any woman 18 years of age or older, who is interested in learning more about the club, can call 287-2305 or any club member.
