Guard thank vo-tech students for work

Soldiers from the Pennsylvania National Guard's 109th Field Artillery recently presented a Certificate of Appreciation to students in the machine trades class at Wilkes-Barre Area Career and Technical Center for their work in producing safety gauges for howitzers.
