William Allabaugh, 25, appeared for a preliminary hearing Friday before District Judge Donald Whittaker who forwarded charges of criminal homicide and criminal attempt to commit homicide to county court. He remains jailed at the county correctional facility without bail.
State police at Wyoming allege Allabaugh fatally shot Scott Luzetsky, 39, of Edwardsville, and critically injuring Stephen Hollman, 29, of Plymouth, on Sept. 9.
Bar patron Mark Ktytor shot Allabaugh as Allabaugh approached him holding a firearm outside the bar. Ktytor, who state police said has a license to carry a firearm, was not charged.
State police said a .380-caliber handgun was found about 50 feet from where Allabaugh collapsed. The firearm had a clip holding hollow point bullets, according to a search warrant.
Arrest papers say Allabaugh pulled out a handgun and shot Hollman, who was seated at the bar. Allabaugh ran outside and allegedly shot Luzetsky as he left the tavern, arrest papers allege.
