DALLAS: Daddow-Isaacs Dallas American Legion Post 672 is hosting its annual children's Christmas party today. Santa will arrive by fire truck at approximately 1 p.m. Food and presents will be available. Parents, grandparents and relatives are all invited to take a picture of their child with Santa Claus.

Santa and other legion members will also deliver canteen books to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center at a later date. For more information, call Clarence J. Michael at 675-0488.

MOUNTAIN TOP: Jennifer Wells, 16, and Kendra Williams, 17, co-chairs of the Marching for Life relay team from the Crestwood Marching Band, are selling T-shirts to help raise money for the American Cancer Society's Mountain Top Relay for Life.

Wells, Mountain Top, has been making the bleach-dyed UNiQue-Like-You T-shirts for her business, Coloroff Creations. The shirts will be on sale until Christmas at Triangle Pharmacy, Mountaintop Gold and Coin and Mountaintop Hair Designers. Cost is $22 or $40 for two, with $5 to $7 per shirt donated to the American Cancer Society. Shirt sizes range from children's small to adult extra large.
