WILKES-BARRE â?? City police and Luzerne County detectives returned this afternoon to 117 Hill Street in connection to the investigation in the death of Tyler Winstead, 14, who was found fatally shot in front of the house last week.

Neighbors said state police knocked on the door, yelling â??Police!" before they crawled through a window to enter the home.

Chief County Detective Michael Dessoye carried in a hand held metal detector, and city police Det. David Sobocinski removed a bottle of bleach from the house.

It is the second time police have been at the home this week.

Investigators served a search warrant at the house on Wednesday.
