Luzerne County Community College recently awarded degrees to graduates of the college's Surgical Technology Program. A graduation ceremony was held at the college's Educational Conference Center. The graduates received a surgical technologist lapel pin to signify their entry into the profession. The Mary Anne Owens Award was presented to Brandy Kerstetter and Michelle Evans.
