MMI students to perform at festivals

Three MMI Preparatory School sophomores have been selected to perform at Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 9 orchestra and chorus festivals. The orchestra festival will be held Wednesday through Friday at Marywood University with a concert at 7 p.m. on Friday. Nathaniel Parker, Marywood University, will serve as guest conductor. The chorus festival will take place Feb. 6-8 at Dallas High School with a concert at 7 p.m. on Feb. 8. The guest conductor will be Mark Mecham from Lebanon Valley College.
