KINGSTON - A water line break in Moosic could have affected the water quality for about 5,000 customers in Kingston, a spokeswoman for Pennsylvania American Water Co. said Wednesday.
Susan Turcmanovich of PAWC said a 24-inch main line along Route 502 in Moosic broke sometime Monday night into early Tuesday morning and was repaired before noon Tuesday.
Turcmanovich said about 5,000 customers are served by the line and some could have experienced dirty water.
