Police are investigating a shooting at the Sherman Hills Apartment Complex in Wilkes-Barre.

Police said a male was shot in the leg outside of 332 Parkview Circle just after 6:30 this evening.

The victim was taken to Geisinger Wyoming Valley.

According to police, there were multiple shots fired during the incident.

No one is in custody, according to responding officers.

A city detective is investigating, and state police were called in to assist.
