DALLAS — Seven different players scored for the Misericordia women's soccer team as the Cougars set a high bar with an 11-0 rout of Lycoming on Wednesday in a non-conference win.


Sam Helmstetter and Erin Baker each scored twice and assisted on another to help Misericordia remain unbeaten.


King's 2, Baptist Bible 0

Erin Laird and Ivy Nulton scored in the second half to propel King's to a win.

Emily Ghergel's win at No. 5 singles secured the match for visiting Misericordia.


Emily Boro and Cassie Foy also won in singles play for the Cougars. Ghergel also teamed with Emily Hughes for a win in doubles play.

King's was dealt a loss by FDU at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.

Misericordia dropped a match play meet to DeSales in spite of Jordan Wollenberg's 75.
