PSP issues travel advisory, guidelines

State police requests all motorists to travel only if necessary as roadway conditions are expected to deteriorate as the storm progresses.
The National Weather Service in Binghamton, N.Y., updated their forecast late Friday, predicting five to 10 inches of snow across Luzerne County with higher accumulations in the higher elevations of the Poconos.
A winter storm warning remains in affect until Saturday.
State police urge people not to call law enforcement agencies or 911 seeking weather and roadway information.
