Police Blotter

WILKES-BARRE – City police reported the following:

• Alexandria Kelly reported on Thursday that someone broke into her apartment at 316 N. Empire Court in the Sherman Hills complex and stole her Element 40-inch, high-definition TV.

• A Beekman Street resident reported at 2:08 a.m. Saturday that someone broke into her residence and took her bank debit card, bras and underwear.

• Police responded to a burglar alarm at 12:18 a.m. Saturday at Electron TV and Appliances, 412 Hazle St., and found that someone had entered the building through a garage in the back of the business. The owner could not immediately establish what items were missing, police said.
