Polish group to attend Pulaski Day Parade in Philadelphia

Council 21 of the Polish Union of USA is planning its annual bus trip to participate in the Pulaski Day Parade on Oct. 14 in Philadelphia. The Polish Union of USA is sponsoring the trip as part of its festivities to celebrate Polish American Heritage Month. Members and friends will attend a Mass at Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral Basilica. A light luncheon will be served with a memorial tribute to General Pulaski and reserved seating will be available for the parade. The parade will be televised live on WPVI- TV-6, ABC, from 1-2:30 p.m. The bus will depart from the Polish Union Headquarters, 53-59 N. Main St., Wilkes-Barre.
