Rose Tucker Award presented

Maternal and Family Health Services (MFHS) presented the Rose Allan Tucker Award to Donna Palermo, president of the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce, at the 41st annual meeting of the board of directors. Named for the late Rose Allan Tucker, former Luzerne County Commissioner and long-time MFHS employee, the award is given to a person who has made a lasting contribution to enhance the quality of life for women, children and families in the 16-county region served by MFHS.
